I recently stopped by Jimmy's Eastside Diner on Biscayne Blvd for breakfast, and it was a comfortable, casual experience. The diner has a classic, laid-back feel, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a hearty breakfast plate, and everything was fresh and well-cooked. The portions were generous, and the food had that familiar, comforting diner taste. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.

Overall, it’s a dependable spot for a simple, satisfying breakfast or lunch. I’d definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Jimmy’s Eastside Diner was a genuine breakfast delight. Everything felt freshly made and full of quiet morning energy — warm plates, bright flavors, and service that struck the sweet spot between attentive and relaxed.

The prices were refreshingly reasonable, as if the place wanted to send you back into the day with a gentle “you’ve got this.”

A spot that doesn’t pretend to be anything fancy and shines because of it. Highly recommended! 🍳✨

I love the hash browns. There is a free flow of coffee. Unlike Denmark 😂, the food is excellent and has a big portion. But the bill is small, so we were really happy about it. I highly recommend trying it if you want to have the real diner vibe from the old days!!

You can't visit Miami/Wynwood/Midtown/Miami Beach without having breakfast or lunch at Jimmy's Eastside Diner. The decor is old Americana, like the kind of decor you would find if you stopped at a mom and pop diner in a small town on your way across America. The coffee is steaming hot, flavorful, and unlimited - served in the classic white porcelain cups that make you feel you're in an established diner. Waffles, omelettes, Greek salads, burgers, home-made chicken soup - among do much more! The service is top notch and they prices very reasonable. You will have your delicious food served to you quickly, even when the restaurant is slammed. One important aspect is that it feels like the staff is a family there. The locals really do eat there, and it is a wonderful cross-section of all races, nationalities, and genders. Interesting note: this was the place where they filmed the diner scene on the Oscar-winning film: "Moonlight". It's located on Biscayne Boulevard (US1) (there's another Jimmy's on 125th Street) Biscayne Boulevard is the famous Boulevard where many scenes of "Miami Vice" and the movie "Bad Boys" were filmed. It's also where the culture is: Brickell Avenue, Downtown Miami, the Arsht Center, Opera House, and Bayside Marketplace. Driving north on the Boulevard is an experience all it's own and will take you all the way to Broward County. You will absolutely live Jimmy's!
